Some ASKO problems cannot wait: water on the floor, a washer door locked over a full drum, or a dryer that smells scorched. Say so when you book, and we will offer the first three-hour arrival window with an opening. We cannot promise a day, but we will not offer a window we do not expect to keep.
Describe what you see, the model number if you can read the label, and whether water is still escaping. If a leak is active, turn off the water supply valve and unplug the machine before we arrive.
