Why are my clothes still damp after a full cycle?
Poor airflow is the most common reason, usually from lint in the filter, the duct or the vent. We check the airflow before testing the heater and sensors, because a heater test alone can miss a blocked vent.
Is a hot-smelling dryer dangerous?
It can be a sign of restricted airflow or a part overheating. Pause use until it is checked, empty the lint filter, and tell us what you noticed when you book so we know where to begin.
