Reading the Model Label on Your ASKO Dishwasher

The model label tells us exactly which ASKO dishwasher you own and which parts fit it. Here is where to find it and what to write down.

On most ASKO dishwashers, the data plate sits on the edge or inner side of the door, visible once the door is open. A clear photo of it, sent when you book, helps us bring the right parts the first time.

Where to Look

  • Open the door fully and check the edge of the door and the frame around the tub.
  • On built-in models, look at the inner side of the door panel.
  • If it is not there, check inside the cabinet next to the machine with a flashlight.

What to Write Down

  1. Every character of the model number, copied as printed.
  2. The serial number beside it.
  3. Built-in, panel-ready or freestanding.
  4. Its width, since 18-inch and 24-inch machines use different parts.

What the Label Does Not Tell Us

The label identifies the machine. It does not tell us the condition of the pump, seals or electronics, and it does not tell us whether a part for a 10 or 20 year old unit is still available. We identify the model, test the machine, and then give you an honest opinion on whether repairing it pays off.

If the Label Is Unreadable

Years of steam and cleaning products can fade a label. Send us photos of the door, the control panel and the inside of the tub. Many older machines can be matched from good photographs, though an order sometimes has to wait until a technician has seen the unit.

See our dishwasher repair page for the sorts of work we handle.

If you plan to ask about a part, send the photo with a short note about what the machine is doing. A model number together with a clear description lets us prepare before we arrive, and it lets us tell you in advance if a part is likely to be hard to find for your older unit.

With the numbers in hand, call us or fill out the online form to book your visit.

Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.
