D5434XXLS
ASKO D5434XXLS Stainless Dishwasher Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Standing water
- Pump runs on
- Filmed dishes
- Latch loose
The ASKO D5434XXLS is the stainless steel version of the D5434 XXL. A stainless front looks good for years, so many owners hold on to the machine long after the warranty ended.
When we work on this model, we protect the stainless with a blanket before we pull the machine from its opening. If water stays in the tub, we start with the drain pump, hose and check valve. If the pump runs on, we look for something caught in the sump. If glassware comes out filmed, we look at the filter and the inlet screen. A loose latch gets a lock and hinge check.
We read the number from the plate before ordering parts and tell you if a part is hard to find. The price is in writing before the repair starts, and our work is backed by a 30-day warranty.

Error codes this model can show
Why does the pump keep running?
A pump that runs on may be pushing against a blockage, or the control may not be seeing the water level drop. We check the sump and the level sensor.
Do you protect stainless panels?
Yes. We cover the door and counter edge while the machine is out, and we clean fingerprints we leave behind. That leaves the door looking as good as we found it.
What is covered by the warranty?
Our workmanship carries a 30-day warranty. We explain what that covers when we give you the written price. If the repaired problem returns within that time, call us and we will look at it again.
