Most common issues on this model
- Detergent left in the drawer after the wash
- Slow fill or weak water flow
- Wash stopping with water in the drum
- Noise at spin speed
The W620 is an older ASKO washing machine, now out of production. Its sister number is the W620B, and we tell the two apart by the serial plate before ordering a part.
On this machine we pay attention to water coming in. A detergent drawer that still holds soap after the wash, or a fill that takes too long, tells us that water is not flowing as it should. We check the inlet screens and valves and the drawer passages, since mineral buildup and sediment often cause that. Then we check the pump and filter, and the bearings if the spin is loud.
Which W620 parts can still be found is the first question we answer. After that comes the price, written out for you before the work begins. A repair that costs too much for the age of the machine is something we will advise against.

Does the W620 have a sister model?
Yes, the W620B is its sister number. We check the label to see which one you have, then match every part we order to the number printed there.
The detergent drawer keeps soap in it. What causes that?
Usually water is not flowing through the drawer well enough. We clean the inlet screens and passages, then test the valves, before replacing any part.
Do you repair washers that are out of production?
Yes. We confirm which parts can still be found, give you the price in writing first, and advise you if a repair does not make sense for your machine.
