ASKO DFI563XXL.U Panel-Ready Dishwasher Repair

Most common issues on this model

Auto door opening that stalls or never starts
Wet dishes after a residual-heat drying program
Water pooling at the bottom of the tub
Filter and sump buildup limiting drain flow

The ASKO DFI563XXL.U is a 30 series panel-ready dishwasher in the XXL cabinet size, with 14 place settings across 3 racks. It is not listed as ADA compliant, so it is the standard version in this part of the range.

Its drying relies on residual heat with the door opening automatically when the program ends, which means there is no drying fan to blame. When dishes are damp, we look at the door-opening action, the final rinse temperature and how well the tub drains. Panel-ready doors also carry extra weight, so we check hinge and spring condition during the visit.

Several ASKO dishwashers have similar numbers, so the label inside the door decides what we order. To schedule service, call us or use the online form.

DFI563XXL.UDFI563XXL.U questions

Does this dishwasher have a drying fan?

This model is described as using residual heat drying with Auto Door Open Drying, not a fan. So damp dishes lead us to the door opening, rinse temperature and drain rather than a fan.

The tub still has water in it after the program. What is wrong?

Often it is a clogged filter, a blocked sump or a drain pump that is not clearing the water. We inspect all three, give you a written price, then make the repair.

How many place settings does it hold?

This model is listed at 14 place settings across 3 racks in the XXL cabinet size. We confirm the exact number on the label before ordering parts.
