What F67 means

F67 is the second of two water inlet messages on an ASKO Professional DWC6432BIXXLSU or DWC6432FIXXLU dishwasher, sold in the US for multifamily and light commercial use. F12 is the first. While the tub fills, the control watches the level rise, and F67 means the water did not come in the way it expected. The program stops and the display holds the code, usually with an empty or half-filled tub.

Common causes of F67

  • A supply valve that is shut or only partly open
  • An inlet valve or its screen that is restricted
  • Low pressure at the dishwasher connection
  • A level sensor that does not register the incoming water
✓ One safe check you can try

1. Clear the message with any button. 2. Confirm the water supply valve is fully open. 3. Clean both filters in the tub, then run a program. 4. If F67 returns, close the supply valve and stop using the dishwasher.

! Why to stop there
  • Whether water truly arrives or the sensor fails to notice it
  • Whether the inlet valve opens all the way
  • Whether the building delivers enough pressure
Opening a panel yourself does not automatically cancel a manufacturer warranty, but it can cause accidental damage, and some manufacturers set their own service conditions. Check your warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
F67F67 questions
Why have two inlet messages, F12 and F67?

The control tracks two separate fill conditions. We test the whole fill path, from the supply valve to the level sensor, to find out which one tripped.

The supply valve is open. What else could it be?

A clogged valve screen, a weak valve, low pressure or a sensor that misreads the fill. We test them in that order.
