T761SS
ASKO T761SS Stainless Dryer Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Scratched or dented stainless panels
- Door and trim parts needing the correct finish
- Heat and airflow problems
- Drum drive or belt wear
The ASKO T761SS is the stainless steel version of the retired T761 dryer, sold next to the white T761W. Both versions share the same machinery, so the heater, motor and drum are repaired the same way. The difference you can see is the front.
When the T761SS needs more than a mechanical repair, the visible parts decide how it goes. A dented panel, a worn door trim or a cracked control cover has to come in stainless, and for a machine that is no longer made, we check whether it can be found before promising anything. Inside, our order does not change: lint screen, cabinet and exhaust first, then the heater and its thermostats, then belt and rollers.
If a stainless part cannot be sourced, we tell you straight and talk through what can still be done. The price is put in writing before work starts. Call to book a visit, or use the online form, and we will confirm a three-hour arrival window.

How is the T761SS different from the T761W?
The SS is the stainless steel finish of the T761 and the W is white. The internals are shared, so heaters, motors and drums are repaired much the same way.
Can a dented stainless panel be replaced?
Only if the part can still be found for this retired dryer. We look before quoting, and if it cannot be sourced, we explain what can be done instead.
What do you check on a stainless dryer that is not drying?
Airflow and the exhaust path come first, then the heater and the thermostats. The finish makes no difference to those checks, since they follow the machine.
