W4114C.T.U
ASKO W4114C.T.U Logic Washer Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Drum not unloading water at the end
- Door interlock holding the door shut
- Detergent drawer not rinsing clean
- Noise or shaking in the spin
The W4114C.T.U is an ASKO Logic series washer, now discontinued. It holds up to 24.3 lb, spins up to 1400 rpm, offers 22 programs and installs freestanding. The T.U ending is one of its versions; the W4114C.W.U is the sister.
Because the Logic series pairs a large drum with electronic control, we separate mechanical problems from control problems before replacing anything. We test the pump and filter when water stays behind, the interlock when the door will not open, and the tub mounts when the washer shakes in the spin. The control comes last, after power and sensing are ruled out.
We confirm the full model and serial from the label, since two versions share this base number. Parts for discontinued ASKO models can take time, so we check first and quote in writing.

What is the Logic series?
It is ASKO's name for this line of washers with a 24.3 lb capacity and 22 programs. We service the drum, the pump and the control the same way as other ASKO washers.
Is the T.U different from the W.U version?
They share a base number, but the endings mark different versions, so we check the label before ordering a part rather than assume they match.
The washer shakes in the spin. Why?
It may be out of level, unbalanced, or worn at the mounts. We check each in turn, starting with the simplest, and explain before we quote.
